Todd Gladden

Vice President

Todd Gladden

Todd, originally from Sunnyslope, Arizona in North Central Phoenix, graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Construction Management and embarked on his career with Rummel Construction. Todd gained valuable experience for two years at Rummel before joining Haydon Companies, where he spent the next 17 years. At Haydon, Todd has steadily climbed the ranks from a Project Engineer to a Project Director. Embracing the sage advice to “shut your mouth and listen,” he has cultivated a mindset of attentive observation and learning, which he eagerly imparts to others. It is Todd’s professional expertise, personal drive, and leadership abilities that made him the best candidate to lead OMNI Electric.

Beyond the construction site, Todd enjoys golfing, frisbee golf, participating in dart leagues, and immersing himself in the tranquility of camping, hunting, and fishing adventures as often as he can.


Alexander Diaz

Director of Operations

Alex Diaz

Alex is an Arizona native from Peoria with a strong background in survey and electric work as well as an adventurous spirit. As a young man, Alex traveled to Spain for two weeks prior to starting his collegiate education at Glendale Community College and Northern Arizona University where he studied Accounting and Engineering. After graduation, Alex started his career as a Survey Party Chief before becoming a Construction Inspector and SolarCity Construction Manager, overseeing private and commercial solar projects. At CS Construction, Alex was a Purchasing Manager before becoming Project Manager and Operations Manager at Sturgeon Electric. Alex brings this diverse experience to OMNI Electric where he serves as the Director of Operations.

One of Alex’s favorite quotes is by Stephen Richards Covey: “Moral authority comes from following universal and timeless principles like honesty, integrity, treating people with respect.” Alex utilizes this personal philosophy every day as a trusted team member of OMNI Electric. Outside of work, Alex spends his time on activities such as golfing, riding ATVs, and camping.

Scott Martinmaas

Business Development

Scott Martinmaas

Scott completed his high school and college education in his hometown of Omaha, Nebraska after moving there from South Dakota as a child. A traveler by nature, he lived in California, Arizona, and Ohama for a few years each before settling in Phoenix in 2003. Scott started his career as a residential and commercial electrician while he studied at Metro Tech for his contractor’s state electrical licenses in California, Colorado, and Arizona. Eventually, Scott ventured into entrepreneurship as an owner of Conectric Inc. and Broadband Powering Services in California before founding True Up Companies in Arizona. Beyond these companies, Scott thrived in his career as Operations Manager at CS Construction and Business Development and Operations Manager at Sturgeon Electric before eventually joining the OMNI Electric team.

Scott is guided by the mantra of “play harder than you work” and finds enjoyment in activities such as hiking, biking, and indulging in a good beer. Recently, Scott completed a 508-mile, nonstop bicycle qualifier for Race Across America in just 36 hours across the California deserts.

Nick Van Doren

Project Manager

Nicholas, born in Las Vegas, Nevada, relocated to Surprise, Arizona, at the age of 4, where he has lived for most of his life. After high school, Nicholas received his Veterinary Assisting Certificate from Pima Medical Institute before joining the US Army Reserve. During his time in the military, Nicholas attended the School of Signal at Fort Gordon, Georgia and became a Critical Facility Engineer at Microsoft’s Data Centers. From Microsoft, Nicholas transitioned to civilian life by becoming a Project Engineer at Sturgeon Electric. This experience led him to his current role as a Project Manager with OMNI Electric, proving true one of Nicholas’s favorite quotes: “The more I practice, the luckier I get” by Gary Player.

In his leisure time, Nicholas enjoys competitive pinball, actively participating in IFPA leagues and numerous tournaments year-round. He also finds joy in outdoor pursuits such as hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking. An adrenaline junkie at heart, Nicholas has embraced activities like skydiving and free climbing, living by the motto, “I want to pass with memories, not dreams.”
