Todd Gladden

Vice President

Todd Gladden

Todd, originally from Sunnyslope, Arizona in North Central Phoenix, graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Construction Management and embarked on his career with Rummel Construction. Todd gained valuable experience for two years at Rummel before joining Haydon Companies, where he spent the next 17 years. At Haydon, Todd has steadily climbed the ranks from a Project Engineer to a Project Director. Embracing the sage advice to “shut your mouth and listen,” he has cultivated a mindset of attentive observation and learning, which he eagerly imparts to others. It is Todd’s professional expertise, personal drive, and leadership abilities that made him the best candidate to lead OMNI Electric.

Beyond the construction site, Todd enjoys golfing, frisbee golf, participating in dart leagues, and immersing himself in the tranquility of camping, hunting, and fishing adventures as often as he can.

 

Alexander Diaz

Director of Operations

Alex Diaz

Alex is an Arizona native from Peoria with a strong background in survey and electric work as well as an adventurous spirit. As a young man, Alex traveled to Spain for two weeks prior to starting his collegiate education at Glendale Community College and Northern Arizona University where he studied Accounting and Engineering. After graduation, Alex started his career as a Survey Party Chief before becoming a Construction Inspector and SolarCity Construction Manager, overseeing private and commercial solar projects. At CS Construction, Alex was a Purchasing Manager before becoming Project Manager and Operations Manager at Sturgeon Electric. Alex brings this diverse experience to OMNI Electric where he serves as the Director of Operations.

One of Alex’s favorite quotes is by Stephen Richards Covey: “Moral authority comes from following universal and timeless principles like honesty, integrity, treating people with respect.” Alex utilizes this personal philosophy every day as a trusted team member of OMNI Electric. Outside of work, Alex spends his time on activities such as golfing, riding ATVs, and camping.
